If eSPOSURE is already optimised for Search Engines, do I need to do any more to promote my website?You can never do enough promotion for your website, as with any business, marketing is a continual activity. eSPOSURE gives you one of the best starting points you can find from any website, however there is more to website promotion, search engine optimisation and we would always recommend additional promotional work to ensure you maximise your sales. We want to use our own visitor tracking system, can we do this?Yes. Although eSPOSURE has it's own comprehensive built-in visitor tracking system, there is a facility to configure your eSPOSURE system to use a 3rd party JavaScript based tracking system and this will happily run in tandem to the built-in version without any conflicts. |
Can you Integrate eSPOSURE with our Sage ProductWe don't offer a direct link from within eSPOSURE itself, however we work with a specialist Sage Development company and can provide a comprehensive automated link between eSPOSURE and Sage Line 50. Please contact us for more details. |
Where is eSPOSURE hosted?Due to the nature of eSPOSURE's technology all eSPOSURE installations are hosted on NETsposure's own servers. These servers are top end both in terms of their hardware but also their support, as each website, database and system is constantly and actively monitored 24x7 to ensure everything is fully operational. If anything is not responding as it should it is immediately investigated by experienced support staff. |
If we host our domain with NETsposure, what happens about our email?As part of the eSPOSURE hosting package we provide full email support with unlimited email accounts, online control panel access to administer all your email as well as a webmail service. As your email is hosted on our eSPOSURE server this will be proactively monitored 24x7 to ensure it is fully operational. |
Is is possible to host eSPOSURE on different servers?No, it's as important to us, as it is to you that your eSPOSURE website is up, running and trading all the time. We take your online business very seriously. For this reason we've invested significantly in superior servers, supported 24x7 by experienced technicians ready to react to any event. We would not be able to provide this level of service and support if eSPOSURE were hosted by a 3rd party. |
Can I change my licensing plan from monthly to subscription-free?Ordinarily once you have selected a monthly subscription or subscription-free licence you would continue on the same plan. However we are always welcome discussing your licensing needs with you and would be happy to look at changing your licence plan at the appropriate time. |
We want to use a payment provider that isn't already supported, can we do this?Yes. Most of the time we would configure this as part of the setup fee. It is rare that we would charge any extra for this work however we would need to discuss this with you first. |
